Frisky supports designers, artists, institutions, and production houses in the professionalization of their organization. We have divided these consultancy services into 2 parts: Coaching and Business & Strategy. In both services, we coach creatives on the various entrepreneurial skills (strategy, marketing & sales, finance, legal, project management, HR and more), so that they can focus on their expertise and passion: the creative process.
During interactive coaching sessions you can discuss all your questions with Frisky's consultant, who will provide you with thorough advice. Even if you don’t know exactly where to start, we can offer you our guidance to bring your organization to a higher level.
Business & Strategy
In a business and strategy trajectory, Frisky structurally works with the creative over a period varying between 4 to 24 weeks (depending on the chosen service). During this period Frisky will improve all different components of your organization and document this in detailed and thorough reports (Frisky Business Canvas ™ & Studioplan ™).
Frisky acts as an agent for its network of creatives to generate more sales that are creatively interesting and of high value. Frisky Agency consists of two services: generating Proactive Sales and offering an Exclusive Network.
Proactieve Sales is where Frisky takes the lead in generating the right leads and closing deals for, and in collaboration with our customers. These are custom assignments on a commission basis or through participation.
Exclusief Network a platform where Frisky connects designers, artists, production houses and other important stakeholders to create an exclusive network. The aim of this network is to generate more special projects for designers and artists, by matching them with innovative production houses and recruiting potential new clients for them.
In addition to consultancy, Frisky supports creatives in various areas of their organization: Operational, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal and HR. By adopting these tasks, creatives who are situated in the start-up or scale-up phase can fully focus on their creative development and the international growth of their studio.
Project and Studio Management support in the form of process optimization in projects and general support for the designers. Our professionals can be deployed on a project basis or for a specific period with pay on hourly basis or as an interim.
Marketing support where we (partially) adopt your communication channels, social media marketing and advertising.
Sales support in the form of lead follow-up, processing of sales data and customer management. Financial support in the form of advice in setting up financial management, financial planning, controlling and arranging suitable funding.
Legal support in the form of drafting shareholders' agreements, articles of association, management regulations, mergers and/or joint venture agreements and other legal contracts, as well as providing legal advice.
HR support in the form of executive search, drafting contracts, HR strategy and setting up procedures (salary, leave of absence, illness, bonuses, dismissal). In addition, Frisky offers personal development trajectories, lifelong learning trajectories, personal leadership training and more.
